Delivery Time
Orders are typically delivered within seconds or minutes. While we aim for timely delivery, minor delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. So sometime it can take upto 12 or 24 hours.

No Refunds After Delivery
Once your order has been successfully delivered, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all order details are accurate before making a purchase.

Boosts Policy
Once Boosts are delivered, they are considered final and non-transferable. They cannot be moved, changed, undone, or reassigned to another server. Customers must ensure they are ordering for the correct server before placing the order.

Server and Bot Settings Before Ordering
Customers are required to disable anti-raid bots, auto-ban bots, auto-kick bots, and Discord onboarding features before placing an order. If these settings block or prevent delivery, the order will be considered invalid and will not be refunded or replaced.

No Replacements for Removed Accounts
If you, your administrators, or your bots kick, ban, or remove our delivery accounts from your server, the service will be considered completed and there will be no refunds or re-delivery of Boost.

No Refunds if Discord Revokes Nitro
If Discord removes or revokes Nitro from any account, we are not responsible. This action is outside of our control and no refunds or replacements will be provided.

Warranty Policy
A 15-day warranty applies to 1-month Boosts and a 1-month warranty applies to 3-month Boost. If boosts drop or are removed during the warranty period, we will provide replacements. If boosts drop or are removed after the warranty period, no replacements or refunds will be issued as this is beyond our control. Please use common sense and understand that discounted services may come with risks or limitations. Issues are rare but possible.

Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any losses, damages, or disruptions that may result from the use of our services. All services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind except those expressly stated in this document.

Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.

No Excuses
If any issue arises, claiming that you did not read the Terms or Warranty will not be accepted. It is your responsibility to review and understand the Terms and Warranty before placing an order.
